You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To initiate a return, please email us at info@sukaconcept.com. We will then provide you with further instructions and the return address.

Return conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Returns that are not sent back in the original packaging will only be accepted if the product is still in good condition.

We kindly ask you to pack your return securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Return shipping costs

The costs for returning an item are always at the customer’s expense.
If you return the entire order, the original shipping fee (paid when placing the order) will be refunded.
For partial returns, the shipping costs remain non-refundable.

Return processing

Once we have received your returned items, we will process your return within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take a few additional working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

Return responsibility

We kindly ask you to keep a proof of shipment and/or a track & trace number when returning your order. This helps both you and us in case of any questions regarding the return shipment.

Important:
If you choose to return your package without insurance, you bear the risk of loss or damage during transport. We cannot take responsibility for returned packages that are lost or damaged if they are sent uninsured.
