SUKA offers handcrafted crocheted accessories made in Lombok. Each product is made with care, and slight variations in color or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of the items.

3. Payment methods

We accept the following payment options:

• Credit Card

All payments must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We currently ship to the Netherlands and the following countries within Europe via PostNL: France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, and Austria. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and exchanges

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the products are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing on our website, SUKA cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or product availability.

We are also not liable for any damage, delay, or loss that occurs during shipping once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider. Any such claims should be made directly with the shipping service.
