All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. We currently ship to addresses in the following European countries: France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, and Austria.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.

For orders within the Netherlands, we offer free shipping on orders over €75.

For shipments outside the Netherlands, shipping fees may vary per country. We have no control over these rates, but here’s a tip: Order together with friends or family and split the shipping costs!

Order processing time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

You will receive an email confirmation with a Track & Trace number once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping method & delivery times

We ship all orders via PostNL.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Austria: 3–7 business days
